Diego began his experience behind the bar at the age of 19 in the place that after a lot of time and experiences would become his: the Jolly Pub under the employ of the Velier Spa icon.
Marcello Barberis who molded it in his image and likeness, directing it towards the world of spirits in all their uses and customs.He travels the Ligurian Riviera far and wide with additional experiences in Lombardy and Veneto until 2017 where he takes over the place that saw him born professionally: the Jolly Pub in Millesimo in the province of Savona, where it collected important successes, becoming one of the cornerstones of fine drinking in Valbormida.
