Nonsolococktails is the consultancy, training and events company in the world of hospitality founded by Mixology Expert Mattia Pastori. After various experiences in the luxury hotel industry including Park Hyatt, Armani Hotel and Mandarin Oriental, Mattia Pastori decides to make his experience in the sector available and found the first Italian agency of integrated services in the world of beverage with a specific focus on mixology . Among the successful collaborations of Nonsolococktails are those with spirits and drinks brands such as Sanpellegrino, Italicus Rosolio di Bergamotto and the recent relaunch of the Fabbri 1905 range of spirits; consultancy for successful concepts such as Franco's Bar in Positano and for high fashion projects such as Emporio Armani Ristorante Milano and the recent Portrait Milano, Ferragamo's 5-star luxury boutique hotel.
