The cocktails by Rita are obtained from fresh and natural ingredients and refined raw materials as well as many homemade preparations; infusions, extracts and syrups.Legendary is Gin Zen, created by Edoardo in 1998, a cocktail based on crushed ice, gin, crushed fresh ginger, lime and soda.
