Mixamarolgy

I have always maintained that a true amaro is drunk straight, and basically at room temperature in order to feel all its flavors. 
But then i  cocktails have persuaded me, a different way of tasting bitters, a world that from today we discover together.

A true Amaro must be drunk smoot, at the beginning, in order to make itself known.
It can then become the protagonist of aromatic and sometimes pungent cocktails.

Who are the real protagonists?

The  plants, the  spices, the  natural flavors  from which everything starts.
