Mario inherited this trattoria from his parents and has never stopped evolving it. In the summer of 2022, a growing curiosity about the world of amaro led him to put it front and centre — serving guests through long summer evenings filled with conversation, laughter and good company.

That curiosity didn't stop at the glass. It led him to create something entirely his own: Amaro San Filippo Neri.
