If there's one aspect always appreciated in food productions, it's the choice to use local products, which can therefore impart a strong territorial character.
This is the case with FRACK AMARO SERALE, produced with a craftsmanship spirit, which already shows its remarkable personality from the label.
With a typically Mediterranean profile, it originates in the Calabrian land from the rural agricultural company Vecchio Magazzino Doganale.
It comes from a recipe found in an old correspondence that involves separate infusions and the union of three blends previously prepared, then expertly blended, each with its own character: bitter, round, and spicy.
Consider that a bottle of FRACK undergoes a production cycle of almost 12 months.
In the glass, it presents itself with an amber color, with a well-balanced bouquet featuring strong citrus scents of bergamot and orange, with balsamic and aromatic notes typical of Mediterranean herbs.
Among the botanicals, we find bitter and sweet orange, bergamot, rosemary, oregano, rhubarb, gentian, and lemon.
To be enjoyed at room temperature or cold, recommended with pairing to a dessert or chocolate.
