Some call it the neighborhood bar, others a chaotic and impossible place, for some, it's a romantic spot; for many, the perfect place, but for a great many, it's a welcoming space to spend a lovely evening.
Perhaps every eye is capable of capturing a piece of truth, and, as always, reality is the sum of all these precious fragments.
Entering LACERBA QUISIBEVE MILANO for the first time, one cannot help but be amazed.
Every detail of this place tells the story of its spirit: lively, impetuous, and enterprising. It's art, speed, and impulsiveness.
You'll find the same spirit in the first sip of the cocktail served to you. You may get the impression that the creativity and sophistication of the environment have been distilled into your glass.
Then, the initial excitement will give way to the almost antithetical desire to stop the clock and savor every drop in your glass

I started from scratch, learning everything on the field, self-taught.
Truth be told, I enjoyed drinking more than making drinks at first. But then, I became passionate about the world of mixology and never looked back.
Agostino Galli, manager of the restaurant-bar Lacerba in Milan, via Orti di Porta Romana
The name winks at the famous futurist magazine Lacerba founded in 1913. The spirit of the artistic movement resonates in the prints, photographs, and posters hanging on the walls of the restaurant and serves as inspiration for the quirky collection of objects found at the bar.
Agostino, manager of the renowned establishment Lacerba Milano, has accepted our challenge: to tell the story of some Italian bitters through cocktails that highlight their characteristics.
It's not a lesson in #mixology, but an attempt to use the AMARI in a different way than usual.

Agostino is a composed man, of few words, but carefully chosen.
When he starts to mix, he becomes a musician, an artist. He returns to being a child, the curiosity and surprise of someone discovering something beautiful for the first time explode. He takes us into a world of scents and flavors that leave us breathless.
