The story begins at the Leaf Bar in Lissone, where founder Giuliano and his partners spent months imagining what their ideal gin would taste like. Not a gin for the shelf. A gin for the glass — one that could hold its own in the most demanding cocktails and still be worth sipping neat.

To make it real, they turned to Distilleria Valverde in the heart of the Langhe — over fifty years of artisanal expertise, trusted by some of Italy's most discerning producers. A partnership built on shared values: precision, quality and a deep respect for the craft.

The name is not accidental. SevenSips was designed around exactly seven botanical notes — each chosen for the specific role it plays in the final profile.

Juniper, basil and mint lay down a balsamic, aromatic base. White pepper arrives on the finish with a quiet, warm spice. Orange and lemon lift the nose with fresh, enveloping citrus. And finally, iris (orris root) — the unsung hero of many great gins — ties everything together, binding the aromas into a coherent, elegant whole.

After a full year of trials, tastings and patient refinement, SevenSips found its identity. The result is a gin that is complex without being complicated, expressive without being loud. Marked by a distinctive red lips label — a symbol of passion and attention to detail — it has become the signature of the Leaf Bar and everything it stands for.

Situated in the heart of Lissone, Leaf Bar is a reference point for anyone who takes cocktails seriously. Modern design, a welcoming atmosphere and a drinks menu that is constantly evolving — a balance of reinvented classics and original creations that reflect Giuliano's restless curiosity and technical precision.

Born in 1989 on the shores of Lake Iseo, Giuliano Facchini left Franciacorta at 18 for Turin — where he discovered bartending at the Mad Dog, the city's first speakeasy, under the mentorship of Walter Gosso. Masterclasses, competitions and an insatiable appetite for learning followed.

From Turin, he moved to Milan — working at some of the city's most respected addresses: Mag Café, 1930 Cocktail Bar and Barba. In February 2021, he opened the Leaf Bar in the province of Monza and Brianza — a venue that distils everything he has learned into a single, coherent vision.

SevenSips Gin is the liquid expression of that journey.
