Did you know that this bitter uses Sardinian sea water?!?

Well not exactly the one on the shore where we dive in to swim. Obviously, to be used, it must first be subjected to a purification process, through filtration and cold sterilization. And it is therefore incredible that it is increasingly being used in food and cosmetic consumption.

This water, the Marentia di Sardegna, is a very pure extract from the deep and clear sea of Sardinia; 100% natural, it has multiple properties including enhancing the flavor of foods and drinks, stimulating the immune system, purifying the body and providing precious minerals and trace elements.

Its use dates back to ancient times, especially fishermen in coastal areas used it. Today sea water can be used as a basic ingredient for everyday cooking or to create new recipes, and is a source of life and well-being. Nothing better to use alongside the beneficial properties of aromatic herbs.

Erbe aMARE, combines the scents of the Mediterranean scrub with citrus fruits, all enhanced by the salinity of sea water. In this amaro there is all the decades of experience of the Mistico Speziale agricultural company, not only for the selection of the ingredients but also for the 🌐difficulty in the production itself.

Juniper, green anise, sage,🌿 mint, absinthe, helichrysum, lavender, citrus peels combined with Marentìa sea water from Sardinia, create a delicate and extremely balanced bitterness, with Mediterranean and spicy notes, accompanied by salinity of sea water, to be consumed at the end of the meal, leaves the mouth clean and helps digestion thanks to the bittering properties, the essential oils of citrus fruits and the mineral salts of sea water.

To be enjoyed both at room temperature and cold, also with tonic or soda.
